Meet the Staff

Office Facilitator Nancy Koscoe has been a team member since 1997. Nancy and her husband, Steve, enjoy watching sunsets at their home on the St. John’s River and spending time with their 6 children and 7 grandchildren. Away from home, they enjoy traveling, beaches and shopping for antiques.

Insurance Coordinator Shelly Wingo has been a team member since 2006. Shelly has two beautiful teenage daughters, Madelyn and Taylor. In her spare time she enjoys weekend getaways to Georgia and deep sea fishing trips to the Florida Keys.

Patient/Treatment Coordinator Shelly Katz has been a team member since 2006. She has been blessed with 3 beautiful children, David, Danielle and Tori. She also has one beautiful grandson, Tyler, and a granddaughter due October 2008. Shelly enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor recreation, bike riding, interior designing, crafts, and exercising and is a very active member in her church.

Patient Manager/Marketing Director Margaret Brown has been a team member since 1995. Margaret and her husband, Jeff, have 2 beautiful daughters, Megan and Taylor. They also have a beautiful yellow lab named Cody. In their spare time they enjoy spending time outdoors with their friends and family.

Records Technician Debby Fann has been a team member since 1998. Debby and her husband, David, have 2 beautiful daughters, Kristy and Kelly. Debby and David also enjoy spending time with their grandsons, Drew and Gavin. In their spare time they enjoy boating, fishing, cooking with friends, reading, walking and traveling every chance they get.

Patient/Treatment Coordinator Branden Warrick has been a team member since 2004. Branden and her husband, Jerid, have a beautiful son named Trenton. In their spare time they enjoy going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Patient/Treatment Coordinator Julie Burton-Hearn has been a team member since 1999. Julie and her husband, Daniel, have a beautiful son named Preston. Julie loves spending time with her family, traveling, home improvement projects, singing, volleyball and rollerblading. The Hearns are also members of Orlando Baptist Church and are very active members.

Patient/Treatment Coordinator Lisa Riggs-Bloomfield has been a team member since 2007. She has two sons, Jonathan and Sam. Sam is a previous patient. Lisa enjoyed watching Sam’s smile transform so much, she decided she would like to help patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys dancing, yoga, soccer, water sports, fishing & gardening.

Sterilization Technician Kadia “Kay” Lai has been a team member since 2006. Originally from Jamaica, Kay relocated to Florida in 2003. Kay has a beautiful son named Matthew. In her spare time, Kay enjoys dancing.

Clinical Supervisor Doreen Osborne has been a team member since 1983. She recently celebrated her 25th anniversary!! Doreen’s husband, Paul, is one of the most experienced real estate brokers in Central Florida. Doreen and Paul have 2 daughters, Laura and Allison. In their spare time they enjoy boating and fishing at their home on the St. John’s River and spending time in their Georgia home.

Patient Manager Barbara Macon has been a team member since 1987. She recently celebrated her 21st anniversary!! Barbara and her husband, Joe, are members at Northland Church. Barbara has 3 grown children: Jason, who is serving our country, Robin and Christina. She also has 6 beautiful grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them whenever possible.

Patient Manager Gilda Stewart has been a team member since 2000. Gilda’s son Will is currently in the Orange County Sheriff’s Academy as he has chosen to serve his community in law enforcement. In her spare time, Gilda and her husband Mike enjoy sailing on their 23-foot Compass sailboat. They are also blessed with 4 beautiful grandchildren.

Patient Manager Betsy Torres has been a team member since 2006. Betsy has been in the dental field specializing in orthodontics since 1996. Betsy is originally from Connecticut and at the age of 11 moved to Puerto Rico with her family. Her family returned to the United States in 1997 and found Florida to be their new home. Betsy enjoys creating new and beautiful smiles with her patients.

Patient Manager Auria Tino has been a team member since 2007. After four years of living in St. Louis, Auria and her husband, Jason, decided to come back home to Florida. In their spare time they enjoy watching movies and traveling to places where they can windsurf, snowboard or jet ski.
